Fraser of Fraserburgh, and his sons, Simon and James Fraser and James Hamiltone (as procurator for Simon, Lord Fraser of Lovat) and James Lautie (as procutator for Alex. Fraser of Durrisbeltie and Robert Fraser, fiar thereof), of contract between the three parties at Fraserburgh in April 1615 (together with Andrew Fraser of Stanywood, donator to the nonentry & Thomas Geffart donator to likerent escheat of Sir Alex.
