| Description | Follows on contact between the parties at Inveralllochy on 2nd September 1602 - see 27.- when Chalmers was to be given for 1000 merks feuferm of middle third of lands occupied by him in Cowbourtrie in barony of Phillorth for £6 Sc. feu duty, astricted multures & knaveships to mill at Easter Tyrie - also astricted to smithy there & etc. Precept of sasine is included. This is similar to 1/5 q.v. & witnesses are the same. Fraser's seal (entire) is appended. |
