| Description | Letters of reversion [contemporary and unsigned] granted at Fraserburgh by William Cuik in Urinall and Marjory Forbes his spouse and their heirs, in favour of Sir Alex. Fraser of Phillorth and Fraserburgh etc. On granting of feuferm to Cuik by Fraser (under reversion of 2000 merks) of toun and lands of Urinall with Laven and white fishings thereof as in charter of precept of feuferm of this date delivered by Sir Alex. (see MS 2701/32) On redemption Cuik is to be granted 5 years tack for yearly payments of £41: 6: 8Sc casualites and services etc. (MS 2701/32 is the original) |
