Fraser of Phillorth and Fraserburgh and William Cuik in Urinall and Marjorie Forbes, his spouse, by which, in return for 2000 merks, Cuik is granted wadset of toun and lands of Urinall with Leven and white fishing etc. intoun and outoun in barony of Philorth as presently occupied by Cuik, feucharter and precept of sasine to be granted. Feuduty £16 Scots yearly, casualties and service astricted multures under revision of 2000 merks with 5 year tack to Cuik after reversion. Procuratory of registration included. Signed by Fraser. Certification by notary on behalf of Cuik and his wife who could not write.
