Fraser of Phillorth and Fraserburgh and Alexander Chalmer, son of the late Alexander Chalmer, portioner of Tyrie respecting wadset of the sunny third of the lands of Cubourtie on payment of 1200 merks, with 5 year tack after redemption for payment of 24 bolls wheat and other casualties. Produced for some purpose on 18 November 1617. Feuferm charter of alienation to be granted to Chalmer for payment of yearly feuduty of £65 (and usual casualties and usual clauses re. redemption, services), registration etc. Duly signed and witnessed.
