| Description | Instrument of sasine taken by Alex. Craik, N.P., Aberdeen, on compearance of Walter Hay of Brunthill, as procurator for Margaret Fraser, relict of Alex. Fraser of Inverallochy, with obligation by William Fraser of Inverallochy, served heir to his brother Alex., in her favour, respecting liferents of Carnglass and Cairness and in 9 bolls of beer furth of that part of Inverallochy possessed by George Hutcheon in parishes of Lonmay and Rathen as principal and, in special warrandice, lands of Burnzitoun (?) and Walkmill. She has no right to multures. Obligation with precept of sasine dated 1 Dec 1698. Instrument partly in Latin and partly in O.Sc. on parchment. Registration by Thos. Forbes, advocate in Aberdeen Reg. of Sasines on 17 Jan. 1699 is recorded in Sc. at foot by Alex. Leslie, clerk depute and keeper of register. |
