Fraser of Fraserburgh to George Baird in "Glencuthill" [?Glenquithle] for 1200 merks for which Baird was infeft in shadow third of Cowbourtie with yearly payment ten merks of feu duty etc. as in charter etc. Procuratory of registration included. Duly signed and witnessed. Appended is discharge granted to Baird of a year's service (as agreed in contract), for 1600 at Inverallochy, 15 December 1600.
