| Description | Decreet of absolvitor granted to Andrew, Lord Fraser, against Alexaander Fraser, the laird of Phillorth, extracted from books of proceedings of Council and Session by A. Primrose, Clerk Register. 26 sheets in scroll in O.Sc. and too lengthy to summarise but compare 215 which is part of a similar extract abstract. The Phillorth lairds, elder and younger are involved and finally Lord Fraser agreed to pay Phillorth , younger, 10,000 merks in satisfaction of penalty imposed and thus obtained decreet.
