| Description | Extract anent summons first pursued before the commissioners for the administration of justice at the instance of Alex. Fraser, elder of Phillorth as being infeft in lands of cairnbulg etc., Innernorth, new mill of Phillorth, Tullituthill & Bruxie and having right thereto by assignation from the deceased Alex. Fraser of Fraserburgh, his grandfather & deceased Alex. Fraser of Durris & Robt. Fraser fiar thereof his son, in 1615 & 1616, by which Robt. Fraser had contracted not to dispone the said lands during the lifetimes of Sir Alex. Fraser of Durris without offering them to Sir Alex.
