| Description | Charter granted at Carnbulg by Andrew Fraser of Stoneywood, elder, in favour of his eldest son, Andrew Fraser appearand of Stoneywood, younger, and his spouse, Margaret Elphinstone etc. respecting lands of Durris etc. following contract of excambion between them of 5 & 29 May 1629 - see 149 & 150 supra. Contains precept directing James Baird, advocate, to grant sasine in said lands to Andrew Fraser, younger, etc. On parchment in Latin duly signed and witnessed.
