Taken by John Baird, N.P., Aberdeen, on compearance of James Baird, advocate, as procurator for George Baird, brother of the late Gilbert Baird of Auchmeddan with consent of George Chalmer of Noth, with letters of procratory of resignation of ..... and 25 Aug. 1622 by which he resigned these lands into the hands of Andrew Fraser of Stoneywood as superior in favour of the same ad perpetuam remanentiam so that they may be consolidated with the superiority thereof in his person.
