| Description | Extract by Alex. Gibson, younger of Durie, register to the Council, of registration at Edinburgh at the request of Robert Craig on behalf of James Fraser of Tyrie of ratification signed by Fraser at Carnbulg on 2 May 1622. Fraser is styled as second lawful son of Sir Alex Fraser of Fraserburgh. Ratification granted in favour of Andrew Fraser of Stoneywood now heritable proprietor of barony of Carnbulg etc., Land originally disponed by Sir Alex. to Alex. Fraser of Durris & son, Robert but assigned by him to Andrew Fraser & this is now ratified by James Fraser.
