Description	Abercromby of Glasslaw as arbiter for John Gordon of Buckie & Wm. Petrie minister at Lonmay as arbiter for John Donaldson of Hilltoun in a submission signed by them after consideration of accounts in action raised before council and session by the two parties. John Donaldson of Hilltoun was owing to John Gordon of Buckie deceased, sometime of Hilltoun for 20,000 merks principal with @rent from Whit. 1664 - other debts / credits also listed. Too detailed to mention here. Sums due by Donaldson to Gordon to be paid to Gordon's creditors or those of father & grandfather or those acting for them in instalments. [old ref. 42.]
