Copy of the Burgess Act by the City of Aberdeen in favour of George Anderson, 17 September 1582 (the original is MS 2206/19);

Copy of the General Retour of James Gregory as heir to his father James Gregorie, Professor of Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh, 4 July 1690 (MS 2206/5/1);

Copy of certificate of the relationship of David Gregory, sometime of Campvere, now of the City of Dunkirk, to the Gregory family. The certificate was signed by the Magistrates of the Royal Burgh of Banff, 13 October 1779;

Copy of certificate of the relationship of David Gregory of Dunkirk with the family of Gordon, signed by Alexander, Duke of Gordon, and James, Earl of Findlater and Seafield, 12 February 1780 and 21 April 1780.
