| Description | Agreement (contract of submission) between Arthur Thom of Mossatside and Charles Glennie and his daughter Rachel. Dispute between them to be referred to arbitration of Alexander Leith of Glenkindy and Reverend John Harper, minister at Kildrummy, or to an 'oversman' appointed by them. The manuscript originally consisted of 2 folios and traces remain of the second which had perhaps contained the text of the decrees arbitral to which the contract agreed. |
