Books date from Polyanthia, Leyden, 1500, to the edition of ‘Gordon’s Scotch Affairs’ issued by the Spalding Club in 1841, and include Thomas Gordon’s 'History of the Greek Revolution', 1832, and a ‘Description of Ancient Coins from the cabinet of General Gordon’, which is undated.
