Administrative History | William Guild bequeathed a copy of the protest to the University of Edinburgh in 1657, which is complete with the seals of the nobles. University of Edinburgh Archive Reference: Coll - 1698. This could be a copy taken before the document was transferred to Edinburgh. John Huss and Jerome of Prague were burned for heresy by the Council of Constance.
