DescriptionCopy mortification by the Laird and Lady McIntosh in favour of the Kings College of the sum of 5000 Merks Scots money to be annexed to other the like mortified sums for maintaining students thereat; of which sum 2000 merks is to be applied for subsisting a student in Philosophy for the space of 4 years, of the name of McIntosh or of the Clanchattan not under the age of 12 years to be presented by the Lairds of McIntosh successively; and the remaining 3000 merks to the Kirk Session of Inverness, and hospital treasurer thereof for the time being for the support of two boys for the space of 3 years at Mr Rainnings Free Charity School.
