| Description | Act of favour of the Principal and Masters of the College of Aberdeen, authorising them to receive the sum of £6,500 and annual rents due thereon; and declaring that their discharge shall be a sufficient exoneration of the debt; the said masters granting the bond obliging them to reemploy the same fore the uses of the mortification and how oft the same shall be uplifted the masters shall be bound to intimate the same to the patrons 20 days before they shall receive and of new lay out of the same. |
