| Description | Two contracts of wadsett past betwixt the deceased Alexander Gordon of Bismoir and Mr Thomas Gordon of Kethocksmilne for himself and in name of Katharine Hervie his pupil and lawful daughter to the deceased Alexander Hervie sometime in Grandhome whereby the said Alexander Gordon wadsetts to the said Katharine Hervie the crofts rigs and others which belonged to the said John Fraser redeemable by two thousand and five hundred merks containing a procuratorie of resignation and precept of sasine.
