| Description | Precept of clare constat granted by Patrick Gordon of Birse for giving infeftment to Methilda Robb only daughter and heir to the said Gilbert Robb of that croft or rigg of land called the middle rigg as for the principal and in warradice thereof the said croft or rigg call the overmost lying in the taills of the said city and bounded in manner therein mentioned with the sasine on the back thereof dated 7th December 1613.
