Description	Disposition said William Forbes of Tillery of the teinds of said lands of Tillieve, warrating a special progress to the same and bearing that he is bound to warrant the said lands stock and teind in respect that he received the same value for the teinds as for the stock. Dated at Old Aberdeen 2nd July 1744.
