| Description | Ratification and discharge by Major John Ker to the masters and members of the said College. Whereby the said Major John Ker not only ratifies a decree of reduction and nullity at the said Mr ? instance against him and others before the Lords of Council and Session of a tack of teinds alleged granted by Mr Walter Stewart Principal and other masters of the said College to Mr Thomas Buck of the teind sheaves of the westside of Old Aberdeen but also discharges all right and title he had to the said tack. |
