| Description | Precept of sasine under the quarter seal granted by King James IV following upon a charter granted by him for infefting the Doctor of Medicine in the said College and his successors in office in the annuity of twelves pounds six shillings Scotts upliftable out of the lands lying within the shire of Banff following viz - out of the lands of Ord and Montbrae [Montbrey] twenty four shillings Scotts out of the lands of Pittenbruigen [Pettinbrinzane] Thirty six shillings out of the lands of Baldirue [Baldavy] thirty six shillings and out of the lands of Blair Shinach [Blareschinnach] seven pounds ten shillings all scotts money foresaid.
