DescriptionAnnexation by way of public instrument of the rents of the hospital of St Germans [Germains] the cross bearer with a star of the Order of St Augustines in the Diocese of St Andrews by William Elphinston Bishop of Aberdeen to the said College for maintenance of the Professors thereof following upon Pope Alexander VI bull and Mr Thomas Pyott Master of the said hospital his resignation and several other instruments thereanent. George Newton and Thomas Myretoun, Notaries thereto, with an attested copy written upon paper tied up together and marked as on the margin. 10th September 1497. Wrapped up herewith Mr William Meldrums' mortification of four bursars if the Popish religion be restored.
