Gives patient's name and number, age, date admitted, date died, date of post-mortem, external appearance, details of the circulatory system, the respiratory system, the alimentary system, the genito-urinary system, the nervous system, and addenda, cause of death and signature. After 1949 only the cause of death is listed, the rest of the post-mortem report being included in the patient's case-file. |
