Description | Volume entitled 'Reference and Subjects of Letters Received', 1809-1813 (labelled 'G' on spine). Inside cover contains list [very faded] written in pencil of items of stationery. The date of each letter and its place of address is recorded as is a brief note of the subject of the letter. Each letter within each grouping, for example those sent by the Commissary, has been given a running number.
